"Today I spoke with Kimberly Atwood knowing that I needed some home owners insurance. At first I didn’t know what I needed. Kimberly was very patient with me. "For some reason, one of your agents, Kimberly Atwood continues to call me text me email me over and over again when I have continuously told her I am not interested to lose my number at this point. I’m getting ready to file a report because this is just harassment possibly reach out to the Better Business Bureau. Please have her stop calling me. EDIT- or it may be worth you and your business reviewing when someone says no they’re not interested to teach a representative to back off. It is literally harassment. Your representative called me. I said I was not interested She then texted me. I told her I wasn’t interested again and then the third time emailed me I don’t care no means no You may just wanna review with your represent Harassment Good keep me on your do not call list because We’ll see what the Better Business Bureau has to say now since you wanna make it seem like it’s other people calling me. I’ve uploaded the photos with the timestamps. She clearly reached out to me three times when I asked her not to."

This information included your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, vehicle details, and the coverage preferences you requested. Since we aim to respond promptly to requests, we initially tried reaching out by phone and text simultaneously. After being informed the number was invalid, we followed up with an email to ensure the consumer received the information requested. Our intention was not to repeatedly contact you but to make sure the inquiry was addressed. We’ve reached out to the vendor to investigate this issue. It’s possible that you might have clicked on something that inadvertently shared your information with multiple businesses. If you’d like, I would be happy to discuss this further on the phone or email. Thank you for your patience, and once again, our apologies for the inconvenience. Dear Brooke, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We received your information from a vendor that sells leads to various agencies, which is likely why you’ve been contacted by multiple companies. Please note, our team only called out once, and the details we received did not match the name listed here. However, the email address was a match, as you replied to our representative, Kimberly, shortly after she sent it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we have added your contact information to our do not solicit list. It might be worthwhile to review any online forms you may have submitted, as lead vendors distribute information to several businesses when a request for an auto insurance quote is made. "I was helping my dad get a quote for homeowners insurance through Statefarm online. And we got a notification that we would get a call back from an agent, it was past 5pm, so we weren’t expecting a call until the next day. Both my dad and I were surprised when my dad received a call shortly after getting the notification. Ms. Kimberly stayed after hours to help us out. She was able to help us with the homeowners insurance policy as well as do a state to state auto insurance transfer. She was very knowledgeable and kind and well as patient. We are very thankful for the help and look forward to many more years with State Farm!"
